Information we collect

We collect the email address you sign up with, the content of articles, PDFs, or URLs you submit for processing, and basic usage analytics (such as which features you use and how often). We do not require any other personal information to use AI Reading Coach.

How we use your information

Document content you submit is used only to generate your quiz, flashcards, and summary — we do not use it to train AI models or share it with other users. Your email is used to maintain your account and send service-related emails (receipts, security notices, and product updates you can opt out of). Usage analytics help us understand which features are useful and where the product needs improvement.

Third-party service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate AI Reading Coach:

• Firebase & Google Cloud — authentication, database, and file storage. Your account data and submitted documents are processed and stored on Google's infrastructure under their data processing terms.
• RevenueCat — manages Pro subscription status and billing events across iOS, Android, and Web. RevenueCat receives your purchase receipts but not your payment card details.
• Google AdMob — serves ads to Free tier users. AdMob may use device identifiers to show relevant ads; Pro subscribers do not see ads.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your documents, quizzes, flashcards, and account data. You can also request a full export of your data by emailing us. We will respond to deletion and export requests within 30 days.
